Introducing the seasonal blend, Gaehwa, that captures the moment when spring flowers bloom in a cup of coffee. This year, it was introduced in April to match the season when flowers bloom on the roadside. Many of you may be wondering what this spring’s scent will be like.
It contains various colors and scents, just like spring, which shows a different appearance every day compared to other seasons. Light pink flowers and peaches, red rooibos and rosehips, light green tangerines and herbs, yellow lemon candy, purple blueberries, and even lilac. You can enjoy a fresh and colorful spring day in your mouth while a cup of coffee is emptied.
PEONY, PEACH, ROOIBOS, LILAC
Composed of two Ethiopian natural coffees and a Geisha natural coffee from Peru’s El Cerro farm, this coffee tends to have ingredients that dissolve well in water. If you drink these coffees too strongly, you may not be able to smell the aromas well, so adjust the grind size to 1-2 sizes coarser than usual and brew it, or dilute the brewed coffee with about 20g of water and drink it. Then, you can smell the bright and colorful scents of flowers and fruits.
