Every batch of coffee is roasted to order, ensuring you receive the freshest beans possible.

Colombia Campo Hermoso IPA is produced by Edwin Norena at Finca Campo Hermoso. This coffee undergoes a Yeast Fermentation process.

The coffee cherries are submerged in a stainless steel tank without air (anaerobic) for 120 hours. After that, the cherries go through a honey process (dried together with the mucilage still attached). Then, the coffee beans are mixed with wheat and placed in another anaerobic tank for 96 hours. Finally, the coffee is dried for 2–5 days until optimal moisture is achieved.

This coffee showcases creativity and innovation in modern coffee processing — perfect for coffee enthusiasts looking to experience something truly extraordinary.
