We selected this natural Ethiopian coffee for its classic expression of what we love about the region; bright, floral, and fruit-forward. yet with a unique character of its own. Grown in the highlands of Guji, Oromia, this lot comes from Sookoo, a family-run organization with deep roots in Ethiopian coffee farming. Their dedication to quality and detail shines in the cup. Naturally processed, it carries rich sweetness and layered complexity, offering vibrant berry notes, a juicy, syrupy mouthfeel, and a smooth finish. Lively and expressive, it captures both the tradition and individuality of its origin.
