Our recommended recipe for this coffee when brewed as espresso is a 1:2 ratio, extracted within 25–30 seconds.
Since our coffee is always freshly roasted, we suggest allowing the beans to ‘rest’ for about 5 days after the roasting date to bring out the best flavors. As we roast to order, please allow some time for your coffee to be prepared and shipped — we truly appreciate your patience.
