Origin: Yirgacheffe
The “Amederaro” project originated from a processing station in the Konga village within Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, a sub-region of the Gedeo Zone. The project’s success is tied to the region’s high altitude, fertile soil, and traditional heirloom coffee varieties.
Working closely with our friend at Project Origin Malaysia, we selected this clean and sweet lot out of the available fresh crop. One of the crowd favourite, we will always feature a washed Ethiopian coffee as our staple offering.
