Grown in the highlands of Guji, this washed Gesha offers an expressive cup that showcases the finest qualities of its Ethiopian origin. As a variety originated from Ethiopia, it reflects the distinctive character of the terroir in which it was cultivated. This coffee shows off everything we love about the Gesha variety, it has a soft white-floral aroma that reminds us of jasmine. With notes of orange peel, it carries a lively acidity that adds vibrancy and structure to the cup. As it cools, the coffee settles into a clean and silky, tea-like finish. The result is a refreshing and layered drinking experience.
